| Shipping & Duty |
Prints will be mailed in the US and Canada via Canada Post’s “Expedited Parcel” service for a flat rate of $15 CAN. Multiple prints can be packaged together.
Please email for a shipping quote on all products other than prints and/or international shipping outside the US or Canada before placing your order through the site.
If 1-Day rush shipping is required, please contact us at shop@taviscoburn.com and we will get you a price quote as soon as possible. Be aware that “rush” one-day shipping will cost upwards of $75 CAN.
All of our shipping will be handled by Canada Post. In our experience, courier services tend to charge significantly more, incur more fees and duty when crossing borders, and provide no more reliable or timely service than Canada Post and the United States Postal Service.
We package everything for shipping ourselves at the studio. That means that, if we get swamped, there’s always the possibility that it will take a few days for us to get your order out the door.
ALL international orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of our own. We can’t be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. If this is your first time ordering online, you might want to ask local friends what their experiences were with duty or customs fees.

| Online purchases through our site are completely secure. All payments will be processed and handled by Paypal. Their reputation is rock-solid and we trust them implicitly to handle our customers (and their personal information) with respect and integrity. On our end, we have not, nor will we ever, sell or share any of the contact information you provide us. Your personal information will only be used to contact you in regards to your order and will be kept secure. Comments or questions about our privacy policy can be directed to shop@taviscoburn.com. We will happily respond as soon as possible to assuage any concerns that you might have. |
| Returns, Packaging & Sizing |
All merchandise returns will be handled on an individual basis. If you have a problem with any of the items you have received, please email us at shop@taviscoburn.com as soon as possible with a thorough description of the issue and we will contact you as quickly as possible to resolve the situation. We will make every effort to accommodate those with reasonable requests.
That said, all of our items are over-packed for maximum protection and we will therefore not accept responsibility for damage incurred during shipping.
Prints are shipped flat, secured between two heavy-gauge sheets of foam core board. |
